Dual accreditation since 2007.

If you are an StR (ie appointed since August 2007), it is likely that you are only accrediting in endocrinology. You are wrongly assuming that you are dually accrediting, just because previous incumbents have dually accredited. You need to URGENTLY address this by applying for your general medicine to count.
